At MK ArtCraft Studio, every order is carefully prepared and packed with attention to detail. Since many of our products are handmade and some may be customized specifically for you, we take extra care throughout the preparation, packaging, and delivery process.
Please read the following information before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver our products across India. Delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of your location and the shipping partner available for your pincode.
Once your order is confirmed, we will begin preparing it for dispatch. You will receive the relevant order and shipping information through the contact details provided during checkout.
Delivery Time
For regular products, orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Your delivery location
- Product availability
- Courier service
- Weekends and public holidays
- Unexpected transportation or operational delays
For customized or made-to-order products, additional preparation time may be required. The estimated timeline will be communicated to you when your custom order is confirmed.
Please note that delivery estimates are tentative and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed or communicated before your order is finalized.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, package size, weight, delivery location, and shipping method.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated before we proceed with the order.
Delivery & Package Inspection
Please inspect your package carefully when it is delivered.
If the package appears severely damaged, opened, or tampered with, please avoid accepting the delivery where possible and contact us immediately.
If you receive a damaged product, please keep the original packaging and contact us with photographs or videos of the package and product. This will help us review the issue and coordinate an appropriate resolution.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through the contact information provided during checkout.
You can use the tracking information to follow the progress of your shipment.
If you experience an unusual delay or are unable to track your shipment, please contact us and we will assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase from MK ArtCraft Studio.
Because our products are handmade and may have natural variations in appearance, minor differences in colour, texture, pattern, or finish can occur. These characteristics are part of the nature of handmade products and are not necessarily considered defects.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the matter.
Return Eligibility
Return or exchange requests may be considered when:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.
To help us process your request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The product may need to be returned in its original condition along with its packaging and other items supplied with the order.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges generally cannot be accepted for products that have been:
- Customized or personalized specifically for the customer
- Used or worn
- Altered or modified after delivery
- Damaged after delivery due to improper handling
- Returned without the original packaging where the packaging is necessary for safe transportation
Certain products may also be excluded from return or exchange due to their nature. Any such restrictions will be communicated where applicable.
Return Request Process
If you wish to request a return or exchange:
- Contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging if the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Our team will review the request and confirm whether it qualifies for return or exchange.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Please pack the item securely to prevent further damage during transportation.
- Once the returned product reaches us, it may undergo a quality inspection before the return, replacement, or refund is finalized.
Please do not send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved because the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or incorrectly fulfilled by us, MK ArtCraft Studio will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.
Returns requested for reasons unrelated to a product defect or fulfilment error may be subject to applicable shipping charges.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will inform you about the status of your refund.
Where a refund is applicable, it will generally be processed using the original payment method used for the order.
The time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.
Handmade Product Variations
Our products are handmade rather than mass-produced. As a result, slight differences in colour, texture, patterns, placement, or finish may occur between the product shown online and the final handmade piece.
These natural variations are part of the character of handmade craftsmanship and should not automatically be considered defects.
Product photographs may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device display.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests can only be considered before the order has entered production or dispatch, particularly for customized and made-to-order products.
Once a customized product has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable terms of the order.
